BOXFIT
BoxFit is a high-intensity group fitness class that suits all, whether you're starting out or experienced! This class combines cardio exercises with boxing techniques delivering a fun whilst challenging full-body workout. This class is designed to improve your endurance along with strength, and coordination.

FUNCTIONAL
Want better strength and balance? The exercises in this class are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you to use every day at home, work or during sports. This class is best for overall strength, coordination and balance and is suitable for all ages and experience.

YOGA
Build strength, increase energy, and calm the mind with a series of stretches, postures, and poses.
This low impact Yoga class takes you through a variety of postures to help ease tension in the body as well as increase flexibility

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class is a great way to improve your overall physique, performance and target specific goals. These might be qualities like strength, power, speed, and agility, or improving general muscular endurance and cardiovascular health. We focus on progressive training improving strength, injury management prevention, and building leaner muscle for overall better health.

HIIT
High intensity interval training (HIIT) This class is all about HIITing those goals. Boost your heart rate with this high-energy, high-tempo class! We work in intervals to promote those mood-boosting endorphins while building strength and cardio health. This class is great to lose body fat, increase body strength whilst maximising calorie burn whilst having fiun and so much more!

MAT PILATES
Pilates is for everybody, regardless of your age, size, race, gender, or ability. With over 600 exercises and variations, Pilates can be modified to suit every level. It’s effective for absolute beginners and professional athletes alike.Mat Pilates focuses on exercises that lengthen, strengthen, and target the core using only bodyweight and occasional props such as chairs or balls. Moves are completed while using a thick mat (typically a bit thicker than traditional yoga mats) to cushion pressure points and provide a comfortable experience.

BUTTS ABS AND THIGHS
Focusing on these three areas with resistance exercises, this is a moderate-intensity all round class.
What to expect
With a mixture of bodyweight and weight-based exercises, this workout combines compound and isolation movements which target the core legs and butt area.

THE 3 T's..TUMMY'S THIGHS AND TRI'S

This class will reshape your mid and lower body in a balanced way, shrinking and defining your tummy, waistline, hips, thighs, and buttocks with exercises aimed at toning and shaping these particular areas of the body.
